Award Categories - Most Innovative Office Space

The category for "Most Innovative Office Space" gives designers and refurbishment firms the opportunity to showcase their favourite projects which have really had a beneficial impact upon the working lives of the building's residents.

All entries should:

• Demonstrate true creativity in the design of the workspace
• Exhibit the application of an idea not previously used in the commercial property market that adds value to a refurbished space
• Show the intent and thought behind the design
• Be located within 30 miles of the Brighton West Pier
• Provide evidence (in the form of user feedback) of how the innovation helps the space's occupants to carry out their work more efficiently / effectively.
• Demonstrate optimum use of technology if included in the design

N.B. if you are thinking of applying but have not used new technologies it is sufficient to show innovative thought elsewhere in the design or implementation.
