Our "Future Development" category is designed to allow the visionaries in the commercial property industry the opportunity to really spread their wings and present their ideas for the building of the future.

The brief is to:

• Select a site within 30 miles of Brighton West Pier which you believe is a suitable candidate for regeneration.
• Idea map the future development of your dreams.
• Shortlisted concepts will be showcased  to the judges and guests in a short presentation at the ACUMEN Commercial Property Awards.
