Our major award category of "Best Development" is designed to showcase the expertise of the designers and architects  involved in the commercial property industry in and around Brighton and Hove.

The development…

• May be 'Proposed' (planning application submitted), 'In Progress' or 'Completed' (within the last year).
• Must have a commercial aspect
• Should be located within 30 miles of the Brighton West Pier
• Should include details of inward investment (£)
• Should demonstrate the structure's economic impact (£GVA)

If completed

• Should clearly state the number and profile of the jobs created (full and part-time) in the commercial space
• Should give details of any construction apprenticeships and / or skills training delivered /
• Should include a full list of local suppliers used in the construction
• Should state clearly whether the project was completed on time and within budget
