There's no getting away from it: Brighton & Hove can be
an expensive place to do business. There's a reason of
course… it's a great place to live and work, there's a lot of

parking and "mod cons" that are few and far between in the
conservation-area strewn less corporate-minded towns of

sensible landlord receiving an offer from a good tenant in these
times will often look on it favourably.
