How does it work?

For a fixed monthly fee of £495.00 (+ VAT), you get your own in-house ACUMENHR Solicitor Scheme
HR SOLICITOR to provide advice, guidance and legal expertise on all your HR and Employment Law needs for up to 35 hours per year.  Any time required over and above your 35 hours in one year will be charged at a 10% discounted hourly rate because you are a member of the ACUMEN HR SOLICITORS Scheme.

You can rely on us to provide you with expert advice and peace of mind when
dealing with issues such as:

  • Employment Contracts;
  • Director's Service Agreements; 
  • Staff Handbooks; 
  • Disciplinary, Capability and Grievance Procedures; 
  • Redundancy and Restructuring; 
  • Settlement Agreements (previously knows as 'Compromise Agreements')
  • Restrictive Covenants; 
  • Sickness and Absence management; 
  • Defending Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal and discrimination;
