From Employee Share Schemes to a 'pat on the back' and an introduction to look at the brand new government proposed 'Employee Shareholder Scheme',  we will discuss ways to incentivise employees to increase their loyalty and commitment.

This will be followed by a session with Nicole Humphreys,our Head of Employment, who will explore the legal options available to deal with those employees who,whatever you do, simply don't care! Be it persistent lateness, poor performance, social media addicts and the list goes on…
