HR Consultant – ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW – Brighton & Hove, East Sussex

A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated HR Consultant to join ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW, a leading and innovative Law Firm in our Hove offices.

This is a new role in this very successful and expanding firm of solicitors based in Brighton & Hove, South East Sussex. Your remit will be to win new business and provide outsourced HR services to our clients anywhere in the UK; with the main focus in London and the South East. You will be a key contributor to developing and providing the HR function of the firm.

This is an all encompassing HR Consultants role, carrying out all HR duties. In particular, providing up to date advice and assistance in complex HR matters including: promoting good practice, developing and designing training programmes, dealing with disciplinaries and grievances, reviewing and implementing integrated policies and procedures and dealing with ad-hoc projects.

This is a client facing role where you will work with our clients employing an innovative use of your human resources expertise. You will be confident in liaising with our internal Employment Law legal advisors and demonstrate solid UK Employee Relations experience.

To be considered for this position you must have a strong HR Background, ideally with the CIPD certificate and have experience of being in a client-facing role.
